One year ago, my life was in a state of upheaval. I was stuck in a job that I didn't like - wait make that a job I hated. My health was in limbo - as a bout of tests from the doctor had come back with worrisome results. Lastly, I was in the beginning stages of a new relationship and left to wonder the extent of my partner's feelings.
One year later, and my life is still evolving. However, there seems to be less questions and more answers. That job I hated is history - I now belong to an organization that I actually like. My health, aside from my recent bout of bronchitis, is great. That once new relationship is still going strong - and I no longer wonder about his feelings - I know that I loved (truly and deeply).
Today, on this over-commercialized holiday - I enjoyed the company of two cherished friends. In doing so, I was able to reflect on all the wonderful blessings in my life. I wish that you and yours find your own blessings - today, tomorrow, and forever.
