21 Days to a New Habit

When I read about my fellow blogger , wanting to make a pledge to adopt a healthier habit in 21 days, I couldn't help but join.

So what did I pledge to do for 21 days? I pledge not 1 but 2 things. First, I am pledging to exercise every day. That means no taking off the weekends because I want to be lazy. I'll be moving every day - and that's a good thing. Secondly, I am hoping to kick my diet soda addicition, by forgoing the drink for 21 days. Ugh - am I crazy? Wait, don't answer that....I know I am. But I know that both of these pledges can make me a healthier person.
