Days 5-8 of the 21 Day Challenge

Still rocking along on the 21 day challenge. Still no diet coke - only water and the occasional sweet tea. As far as the exercise goes, here is what I did

Day 5 - 30 mins of aerobics
Day 6 - 40 mins of aerobics
Day 7 - 30 mins of playing/swimming in the pool
Day 8 - 30+ mins of Turbo Jam Fat Blaster

I am slated to either do 30 mins of lifting or another Turbo Jam video tonight. If I am feeling really strong, I will do both.

Work it out! Way to go on the exercise! I haven't re-tried Turbo Jam yet. It was too much for me when I tried it. Now that I'm a bit fitter, I just might give it a go again!
