Mid-Week Musings

It is just ebefore 7 p.m. on Wednesday evening and I find myself feeling quite content. Work was steady today but not too overwhelming. Even though the weather oustdie is nasty (dark, cold, and rainy) I am happily wrapped up in a warm blanket with a pot chili in the slow cooker. I will attend church in a little while, and help our youth group prepare for the Valentine Dinner they are hosting. Then it is back home for a run on the treadmill, then a long hot shower. Some days it is the simple things in life that make all the difference.
