Today I will leave for 2 day work trip. The some what unexpected trip has thrown a kink in my workout plans for the week. I was suppose to lift with M tonight, run with him on Thursday, have my dance lessons, and do the 30 day Shred. Now I am crossing my fingers that the hotel has a decent exercise room, so I can at least log some time on the treadmill.

Good luck! Most hotels do have fitness rooms, so hopefully, you can get your workouts in.
